Payment Information

  • Is it safe to enter my credit card information on your site?

    All of your information is protected by SSL, meaning that your information is encrypted and can't be stolen when it's sent across the internet. It's the same type of encryption used by banks.

  • When is my card charged?

    Your card is charged immediately after you make your purchase. For security reasons and the length of time it takes to produce each item, we cannot hold pending charges in our system and charge you when the item ships. See our Refund Policy to learn more about when we issue refunds.

Shipping and Returns

  • Where does my item ship from?
    To ensure our customers receive competitive prices, we ship our items directly from our warehouse overseas.

  • How long will it take to receive my order
    Orders are usually processed within 24-48 hours, followed with a tracking number. Standard Shipping is expected to arrive within 10-21 days. Expedited Shipping can arrive within 7-10 days. However, this varies depending on order volume and your location. Weather conditions and Holidays also affect shipping times. Backordered items may take an additional 2-5 days to process.

  • Can I cancel my order?
    Please send us an email at [email protected] to cancel an order. Once the order is processed, we cannot guarantee we will be able to cancel or change your order.

  • I ordered multiple items but only received part of my order.
    Sometimes, orders are shipped separately. Please check if you have multiple tracking numbers or send us an email.

  • What if I receive the wrong product/size?
    Mistakes happen, but we will do our best to resolve it. Please send us an email within 7 days and we will send a replacement to you

  • My product arrived damaged/defected.
    Please send us an email including pictures of the damages within 7 days and we will send a replacement or refund.
  • What if I am not satisfied with the product?
         We stand behind the quality of our products. If within 15 days of delivery, you are unsatisfied with the item, we will gladly offer a refund. However, you are responsible for the shipping cost of sending the item.

         Returned items must be unworn and in original condition, with no exceptions. Worn items or items sent back without tags will not receive a refund. Please choose the most appropriate carrier, and be sure to take clear pictures of the item before you send it, in case damages occur during shipping. Custom Jerseys cannot be refunded. 

          Once we receive the return, you'll then receive an email confirming the refund details. You can expect returned funds to arrive in your account within 3-5 business days depending on your bank.

  • Can I exchange my jersey for a different size?
    Yes, we allow exchanges within 15 days of the date received. If we send you the wrong size or an incorrect jersey, we will cover the shipping. However, if the order is correct, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping.

    How to wash your jersey

  • ´╗┐We highly recommend hand washing and hang drying all jerseys. If you do choose to machine wash, do so with cold water and similar colors.
